CCleaner

"C" meaning CRAP (LOL) cleans the crap from your computer..and does it ever. My first time using it it cleaned over 450mb from my computer and Glen said that after a good day he usually will get about 45mb...so I guess I had lots of crap. Anyways its easy to download and it does help you computer run smoother.
